This means if someone books a room through Listeo your availability will be changed on Booking.com or Airbnb calendar preventing overbookings and keeping you organized
Booking for Guests and Hosts
Guests
Guests can choose check in & out date, number of guests or extra service and send a request to the host to book a reservation. Once the host accepts request user can be charged for the entire amount at reserved time.
Host
Hosts can manage availability calendar, set regular price per night, weekend price or even define custom price for any day they want. He can also enable price per guest (booking cost will be multiplied by number of guests) and define maximum guests per reservation
Events
Online ticketing system for any type of venue or event. Hosts can add event listings on your ZippBNB while also sell tickets for those events. Listing manager can set start & end date of event , ticket price and number of tickets available.
Multi-Criteria Star Ratings Review System
One of our most helpful features is ZippBNB’s multi-criteria ratings system that allow guests to express their reviews with a plethora of opinions.
Wallet
Hosts get an additional “Wallet” page in the dashboard where they can check summary of an earnings from bookings, payouts history and set payout method
